Sensors (Essential)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>High precision gyroscope<\/strong>: This is the most important requirement. The app uses the rotation sensor to measure the oscillation period with precision to the nearest ten-thousandth of a second.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accelerometer<\/strong>: Used in conjunction with the gyroscope to stabilize the reading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Note: If your smartphone does not have a physical gyroscope (very rare in recent models, but possible in some entry-level models), the app will not be able to detect motion.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--small);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--small)\"><strong>2.
